Before & After: Home Renovation Project
It should come as no surprise that someone who works on dozens of rehab properties a year wouldn’t move into his new home without completely re-building it. One of Mike’s latest projects is his new home! It’s a showcase of how a great renovation can transform a property – and we had to share a closer look with some before and after photos.
One of the most noticeable, and most striking, updates was to open up the interior with a vaulted ceiling and changing the full interior walls to half walls.
The rest of the interior was fully renovated as well, including a beautiful, modern kitchen, updates to the bathroom and bedrooms as well repairs to the detached garage.
