2020: A Year in Review

Another year gone and a new year ahead! Here at The Azzam Group, we are already in full of excitement for 2021 and ready to make this year even better than the one before it. Before we get too far ahead, we wanted to take a look back at our team’s accomplishments of 2020. Let’s take a look at their achievements and look forward to 2021!

Gwynn is tireless in her passion for helping people. No matter the circumstances, she’s there for her clients to guide them through whatever hurdles or uncertainties that come up along the way and to make sure they find that perfect home. Her passion for helping others is one thing that sets her apart and led to her to closing on 13 deals in 2020. Congrats on a great year, Gwynn!

Jamie Claxon, our senior agent, had a fantastic year! He set a goal for 2020 and never let his eyes leave the target. He closed on 50 transactions, not once letting this crazy year deter him. We’re proud to have you on our team, Jamie!

What a year 2020 was! It will be easy to remember 2020 as full of negatives, but there were some ups as well. With our combined efforts, our team has was able to not only weather the storm, but make the year a huge success. In total this year we sold 285 single family houses, had a total of 359 closed transactions and a total of over $31 MILLION in closed sales! We’re so proud of the team that we’ve built and the people we have been able to help in the past year. We cannot wait to see what 2021 has in store for us!
