We begin the process of selling a home with a thorough interior and exterior walk through then discuss any repairs or updates to consider. We will also provide a complete comparative market analysis (CMA) that takes into consideration other homes in your neighborhood. Using the walk through and CMA results, we’ll determine the right list price for your home.
While pricing isn’t a science, it’s important to get right. Overpricing can discourage offers from serious buyers. But underpricing can leave you no room for negotiation. Having closed on over 500 deals in the last 2 years, we have the necessary experience to get pricing right.
Marketing
